Natalie Hetman, MBA, PMP, CDFM, is a manager in Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial process improvement and program management within federal environments. Previously, Natalie worked at FINCANTIERI S.p.A. as a staff accountant and at Capital Group as a senior accountant, where they resolved complex financial issues and prepared compliance reports. At Deloitte, Natalie led multifunctional teams in transformation initiatives for Department of Defense clients, focused on enhancing operational efficiency and compliance. Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Leo University.
