Navya Mk is an ISTQB and ITIL certified Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they currently lead a QA team to ensure product quality through comprehensive testing across various domains such as banking, healthcare, and retail. Prior to this role, Navya worked as a Test Analyst at Infosys from 2011 to 2017, specializing in functional testing, test planning, and mentoring team members. They began their career as a Systems Engineer Trainee, gaining skills in programming and testing methodologies. Navya holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, earned in 2011.
