Nedal Emad

Nedal Emad has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having held multiple roles in reputable organizations. At SmartBuy™, from March 2018 to September 2022, Nedal served as a Human Resources Officer and temporarily as a Senior HR Officer, focusing on recruitment and staffing needs. Subsequently, at Deloitte, between March 2024 and June 2025, Nedal advanced to the position of Senior Associate in Enabling Areas. A role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist was undertaken at Simera within 2024, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing the hiring process. At Chain Reaction, from February to May 2024, Nedal specialized in high-volume recruitment across the GCC, Africa, and Levant countries, while also contributing to the development of annual HR plans. Nedal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arab Open University, completed from 2016 to 2020.
