Neil Hunter

Neil Hunter is the Chief Learning Officer and a Partner at Deloitte Canada, where they have been instrumental in shaping learning strategies since 2021. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions, including General Manager of Corporate Services and CHRO at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo and Director of Change Management at Suncor Energy. Neil also served as the Vice President of Operations at the Rick Hansen Foundation and held multiple roles at Deloitte Canada over the years, including Director of Human Capital Consulting. They began their career with an advisory role at the University of British Columbia and have also contributed to the Centre for Molecular Medicine & Therapeutics and Zamage Digital Imaging.
