Neil Reader is an MRICS qualified surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer currently serving as the Assistant Director in Real Assets Advisory at Deloitte. With extensive experience in Red Book valuations for both commercial and residential properties, they have contributed to significant firms, including KPMG and PwC, where they provided risk assessment and evaluation of property valuations for audit purposes. Previously, Neil held managerial and surveyor roles at various real estate firms, including Stephensons, CB Richard Ellis, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Neil completed an MSc in Property Appraisal and Management at Sheffield Hallam University.
