Nicole Luft is a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they lead the Capital Markets Industry Professional Practice in the financial services sector. With extensive experience in banking and capital markets, Nicole has worked with various commercial and retail banks and broker-dealers. As part of Deloitte’s National Office, they served as the principal contact for broker-dealer audits across the Americas and contributed to the development of audit and regulatory guidance. Nicole is well-versed in SEC reporting, internal controls, and complex accounting issues, and they split their time between Miami and New York, being fluent in Spanish.
