Nigel Randall is a Chartered Surveyor with over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, primarily based in central London. They qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997 and worked at Montagu Evans Chartered Surveyors before taking on roles at Union Railways Property and Drivers Jonas, where they served as a Partner until the firm merged with Deloitte in 2010. Currently, Nigel is the Director of Compulsory Purchase and Compensation at Deloitte Real Estate, specializing in land assembly and compensation matters, advising various stakeholders on redevelopment and infrastructure projects across the UK.
