Nitha Raja, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise transformation. They have held significant roles at companies such as Cummins Inc., Avalon Consulting, and Cipla, where they led projects in market strategy, product development, and performance improvement across various sectors. Currently, Nitha serves as a Manager in M&A Advisory at Deloitte, where they successfully manage divestitures and develop transitional services for clients in the retail energy and manufacturing sectors. Nitha earned a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University and an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
