Noa Vitman

Noa Vitman is an experienced professional in human resources and learning and development, with a strong background in training, recruitment, and organizational consulting. Vitman began a career as a Human Resources Coordinator at MIGAL Galilee Research Institute from 2017 to 2018, followed by a role as Learning and HR Coordinator at Extra Retail Group from 2018 to 2020, where training infrastructure was established. Subsequently, Vitman served as Learning and Development Manager at Menora Mivtachim Group from January 2020 to March 2023, directing learning initiatives within the Marketing and Sales division.
