Novae Sylva

Novae Sylva is a professional with diverse experience in internships and student workers roles within various organizations. Notable work includes an internship with the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program, where program improvement ideas were presented alongside innovative initiatives aimed at promoting healthy eating. At the University of the District of Columbia Institute of Gerontology, organizational systems for records were developed, ensuring easy retrievability for team members. Additional experience includes a summer staff position at the Golden Shore Hotel, where a high standard of cleanliness was maintained, and roles at EY and Deloitte focused on tax consulting. Novae holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia and is pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting at the University of California, Davis.
