Oana Platica has over a decade of experience in management consulting, beginning their career as a Credit Officer at BCR in 2004. Oana's expertise continued to grow at KPMG, where they progressed to Senior Manager, and they currently hold the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting since 2021.
