Oly Youngman

Oly Youngman is a seasoned People Transformation Leader currently serving as a Director at Deloitte's London office, where they focus on strategic people change programs for clients. With experience in Financial Services and Consumer Products, Oly has worked on leadership development, culture transformation, and talent strategy, leading diverse teams on global projects and interfacing with C-suite clients. They previously held roles as a Senior Manager and in organisation transformation and talent consulting at Deloitte. Oly began their career in the Royal Navy as an Officer Cadet before transitioning to consulting roles at Accenture and Horwich Farrelly. Oly holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Manchester.
