Oumaima Kalam has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, claims management, debt collection, and project management. Oumaima began a career as a Chargée de clientèle at CIH BANK in September 2019, followed by a role as a Chargée de recouvrement at Sofac in November 2021. Oumaima joined AXA Assurance Maroc as Gestionnaire de sinistres from November 2022 to November 2023 and is currently working as a Gestionnaire de projets at Deloitte since November 2023.
