Pamela Downs is a retired Tax Partner and Chief Talent Officer at Deloitte Tax LLP, having concluded a distinguished career on June 2, 2023. Prior to her time at Deloitte from 2005 to 2023, Pamela served as a Partner at KPMG and Arthur Andersen LLP. While at Deloitte, Pamela specialized in the Multistate Tax Practice, focusing on the energy industry, and led the Tax Women’s Initiative, promoting opportunities for female tax professionals. Pamela studied Accounting at East Texas State University.
