Pascal Grange

Pascal Grange is a partner at Deloitte Switzerland and previously served as a partner at EY, where they advised financial institutions, particularly Private Banks, to navigate challenging environments. They lead EY’s Banking & Wealth Management practice in Geneva and have been instrumental in developing the Financial Services Advisory practice since its inception in 2010. With over a decade of consulting experience, Pascal has worked with leading international financial institutions and holds a Master of Sciences in Economics from HEC Lausanne, along with executive qualifications from Yale, Ecole Centrale Paris, and Insead. Prior to their current roles, they contributed to EY EMEIA while based in Paris and have extensive experience in consulting, including time with a major Swiss Private Bank.
