Patrick Howard has 25 years of professional consulting experience in government and currently leads Offerings and Solutions within Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice. In this role, they are responsible for scaling and delivering world-class offerings and services for government clients. Previously, Patrick served as the National Lead for Deloitte’s Public Sector Health Care Practice, overseeing client service delivery during the Affordable Care Act implementation. They have also held various leadership positions at Deloitte, including State Government - Central Sector Leader, managing a diverse portfolio of public sector clients. Patrick holds a BA in Economics from Lafayette College and an MBA in Finance and Technology from Carnegie Mellon University.
