They served as the Acting Director and later the Executive Director of the VA Center for Innovation, where they managed substantial budgets and spearheaded initiatives that significantly advanced the Department of Veterans Affairs' mission. As the founder and Executive Chairman of WaveMark, they pioneered the use of RFID technology in healthcare supply chains, leading the company to become a market leader before its acquisition by Cardinal Health. Currently, Patrick holds the position of Managing Director at Deloitte.
