Paul Kerrigan

Paul Kerrigan is currently the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at Deloitte Ireland and an Audit & Risk Committee Member at the Corporate Enforcement Authority. They previously served as a Director and Corporate Counsel for GLG's EMEA business and held roles at Maples and Calder and McCann FitzGerald, focusing on corporate and commercial transactions. Paul is also a Board Member and Chair of the Quality, Risk & Safety Committee at LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice. They earned a BA in European Studies from Trinity College Dublin, followed by an M.Econ.Sc. in Law, Economics, and Finance from University College Dublin, and completed training at the Law Society of Ireland.
