Peter Cordes

Peter Cordes is a passionate learning and development professional currently serving as Director of Asia Pacific Learning at Deloitte Asia Pacific. Peter has a wealth of experience leading the design, delivery, and measurement of complex L&D programs, having previously held senior roles at Fonterra and Deloitte. With a strong cultural intelligence developed through extensive work across the Asia-Pacific region, Peter effectively engages learners through both in-person and virtual modalities, utilizing modern learning technologies. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University and a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) in Psychology from Auckland University of Technology.
