Peter Holt

Peter Holt is a Partner at Deloitte Climate & Sustainability, where they advise boards and executives on the impacts of climate change and Australia’s evolving energy landscape. With over 15 years of experience, Peter has provided insights to some of Australia’s largest energy users and has consulted for diverse sectors including finance, mining, and construction. Previously serving as General Manager of Strategy and Policy at Energetics Pty Ltd, Peter led initiatives that helped organizations navigate the challenges of transitioning to a low carbon economy. A published doctoral engineer and a Graduate of the AICD, Peter also represented business interests at COP27 in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt. Their academic background includes lecturing at the University of Sydney and a PhD in Engineering.
