Peter Zaccaria

Peter Zaccaria is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they lead the Organization Strategy & Design practice, focusing on empowering organizations through transformational initiatives. With extensive experience in strategic planning, operating model development, and change management, Peter specializes in aligning people, processes, and technology for organizational resilience. Prior to joining Deloitte, Peter served in the US Navy from 2013 to 2018 as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Platoon Commander and HR/Talent Management Officer, where they managed operational planning and talent management for over 300 personnel. Peter completed their education at the United States Naval Academy, graduating in 2012.
