Philip Leech is a Partner in Deloitte UK's Regulatory Assurance team, bringing 15 years of experience in supervising, advising, and reviewing banks on prudential regulatory topics. They have engaged with firms across the UK and Europe, focusing on regulatory reporting, risk management frameworks, and stress testing, while ensuring compliance with PRA, FCA, and ECB requirements. Previously, Philip worked for the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority, where they led significant engagements and strategy formulation during key regulatory negotiations. Their career also includes roles at the Financial Services Authority and J.P. Morgan, where they developed supervisory processes and managed complex investigations. Philip holds a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin.
