Philip Parnell

Philip Parnell is the Partner and Head of Valuation and Sustainability & Climate Lead at Deloitte Real Estate, a position held since 2022. Previously, Parnell served as the Head of Real Estate Valuation, Assurance and Professional Advisory at Deloitte from 2016 to 2022. With a long history in the field, Parnell began their career at Drivers Jonas in 1995 and took on several leadership roles, including Partner and Head of Valuation. An alumnus of Kingston University, Parnell earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Estate Management with First Class Honours from 1991 to 1995.
