With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment management, and urban development, they guide clients through transformative strategies and innovative business models. 伟 李 is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds qualifications from the Asset Management Association of China. They have contributed significantly to the field, including authoring the white paper "New Urbanization 4.0: Cultivating Specialty Town Achievements" in 2017.
