In their current role, 文华 leads a digital team focused on implementing innovative digital strategies, leveraging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and big data to transform both internal processes and client services. 文华 holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Saint Louis University.
