Prerna Vinod

Prerna Vinod has over five years of experience in talent acquisition and catastrophe modeling. Prerna began career at AIG as a Catastrophe Modeling Trainee, where responsibilities included data preparation and model input file management, advancing to the role of Catastrophe Modeling Associate, leading a team of interns in various catastrophe modeling projects. In August 2018, Prerna joined Deloitte as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later stepped up to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Assistant in Talent Management at TaksyKraft. Prerna holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University, completed in 2013, and has a solid educational foundation from MES Kishore Kendra and Sri Vidya Mandir Pre-University.
