Pushpdeep Gupta

Pushpdeep Gupta is an experienced leader in sales, talent management, and executive education. Currently serving as the Sales and Pursuit Excellence Leader and Talent Leader at Deloitte since March 2016, Pushpdeep also holds the position of Global Leader of Deloitte Leadership. Previously, Pushpdeep was the Practice Leader for Asia at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included heading the "KF Institute Leadership Center, Singapore" and establishing the Executive Education business in Asia. Pushpdeep's career includes significant roles at Hewitt Associates, where responsibilities encompassed leading the regional 'Top Companies for Leaders Study', setting up the HR function in India and Southeast Asia, and consulting on total rewards strategies. Pushpdeep holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and HR from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and additional education from the National University of Singapore.
