Rachel Glover leads Climate Partnerships at Deloitte UK, focusing on transformative change across Sustainability, Digital, and Skills within a large Social Impact team. With extensive experience in the firm, they have contributed significantly to the Public Sector and driven growth in various industries. Prior to their current role, Rachel was the Business Development lead for Government & Public Services in Financial Advisory and managed a diverse portfolio in Restructuring Services. They hold a BA Honours in Psychology and Social Studies from the University of Bedfordshire and a PGCE from the University of Leicester, along with an ACCA qualification from BPP Professional Education and Development.
