Rakesh Ranjan

Rakesh Ranjan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits and well-being leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Benefits and Well-being Leader at Deloitte since July 2018, Rakesh previously held the position of Associate Vice President, where responsibilities included heading employee benefits. Rakesh’s background includes significant roles at IBM, from August 2011 to July 2018, where contributions included leading the global HR benefits deployment project for Workday and overseeing benefits design across India and Southeast Asia. Prior to IBM, Rakesh worked in compensation and benefits at CGI and Deutsche Bank, as well as serving as a finance executive at Infosys BPO. Rakesh holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Magadh University, completed in 2001.
