Rashmi Mathur

Rashmi Mathur is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Strategy and Analytics at Deloitte, where they empower federal clients with advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. They previously held leadership roles at IBM as a Partner and at Watson Health as the Federal Consulting Leader, focusing on healthcare transformation for government agencies. Rashmi began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Westpac and later worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting. Additionally, they are a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Institute of Actuaries of Australia, and hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Studies and Finance from Macquarie University.
