Ratan Behera

Ratan Behera is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Manager in HR Shared Services at Deloitte since December 2018, Ratan oversees two teams focused on leavers and transactions. Prior to this role, Ratan held the position of Operations Team Lead at Accenture in India since March 2012, managing a team responsible for end-to-end HR transactions for the Kraft Heinz organization while ensuring quality and adherence to service level agreements. Ratan's career began at Tata AIA Life Insurance as a Branch Operations Manager, responsible for underwriting and daily branch operations. Ratan holds a postgraduate degree in PM&IR with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ravenshaw University.
