Ray Briggs

Ray Briggs is a leader in Deloitte’s Supply Chain and Network Optimization practice, specializing in large-scale Supply Chain Transformations and the adoption of emerging technologies. With extensive expertise in logistics, transportation planning, and digital supply chain technologies, Ray has a proven track record of leading client transformations throughout their career. Prior to Deloitte, Ray served as an officer in the US Navy from 2000 to 2007, participating in both operational and major staff commands. Ray holds a B.S. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Illinois State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University.
