Raymond Luk

Raymond Luk is the founder of Source Canada, where they currently serve as Conference Chair. Previously, they founded Flow, which specialized in non-dilutive funding for technology startups and was acquired by Deloitte in 2024. Between 2010 and 2013, they were the founder and Managing Partner of Year One Labs, an early-stage venture fund. They also founded Hockeystick.co, which developed fundraising technology for innovation ecosystems, and served as a Senior Advisor at Deloitte, working with startups. Raymond holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and has co-founded several successful ventures throughout their career.
