Razvan Nicolescu is currently a partner at Deloitte, serving as the Energy & Resources Industry Leader for Romania and Central Europe, with over 20 years of experience in the energy and climate change sectors. Since 2018, Razvan has been an Associate Professor at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Previously, they held positions such as Director for Regulatory Affairs at OMV Petrom and Minister for Energy of Romania in 2014.
