Reshma Arora

Reshma Arora is a Senior Vice President with Deloitte's Knowledge Services organization, leading the India Knowledge Management team across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. In this role, Reshma is responsible for executing the Knowledge Management strategy, focusing on high performance, process improvements, and team development. With over 20 years of experience in knowledge management and business development, Reshma previously held positions at Dell and Better, Inc., where they contributed to sales training and account management. Passionate about training and development, Reshma also serves as a coach for various Milestone programs and is actively involved in employee engagement initiatives. Outside of work, Reshma enjoys traveling, aurora chasing, and scuba diving.
