Richard Lance Pearson

Richard Lance Pearson is a strategic entertainment and electronic media business consultant and staffing specialist. They founded Pearson Enterprise Consulting in 2016 and have served as a strategic consultant at Deloitte since 2015. From 2013 to 2016, Pearson was the Deputy Director for Youth Programs and Education at the West Sacramento Youth Resource Coalition. They also held positions as HelpDesk Supervisor and Instructor for Intro to Computers at Columbia College from 2006 to 2010. Pearson earned a degree in Psychology and Public Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles, from 2004 to 2008.
