Rihards Paze

Rihards Paze is currently an EPM Technology Manager at Deloitte, where they lead Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology implementation projects and engage in client management and solution design. They have previously served as a Senior EPM Technology Consultant and as a Tax Technology Manager at Deloitte, focusing on tax technology strategy and implementation. Rihards gained early management experience as a Terminal Operations Manager at SIA BTS and founded their own company, SIA RP Trade. They hold a Master’s Degree in Administration of Customs and Taxes and are pursuing the Chartered Global Management Accountant® designation.
