Rita Gupta

Rita Gupta is a Managing Director at Deloitte, leading C-suite advisory for technology and AI-driven transformation in the Retail and Consumer sectors. With extensive experience in delivering over $1 billion in business outcomes through significant investments in AI, data, and custom solutions, Rita partners with executives to drive modernization initiatives. Previously, Rita held key positions at CDOT, Intel, Accenture, and NISG, where they conceptualized and executed large-scale technology strategies. Rita earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a BTech in Computer Science from NIT Kurukshetra, and an LLB from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University. Currently residing in Chicago, Rita enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with family.
