Robert Franco

Robert Franco is a management consultant for Deloitte’s M&A practice, specializing in Acquisition Integrations, HR Due Diligence, and Culture Strategy. With over 7 years of consulting experience, Franco has led teams in driving deal readiness activities for TMT and PE clients. Previously, they worked with Accenture on Change Management and Talent Development projects, and served as Recruitment Manager at Teach For America, where they implemented strategic recruiting efforts.
