Robert MacDougall

Robert MacDougall is the Director of Digital Markets at the Deloitte EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they served as Head of Consumer/Enterprise Public Policy at Vodafone from 2012 to 2023 and held various roles at Ofcom, including Associate in the Competition Group from 2003 to 2007. Before that, Robert worked as an Assistant Director in the Goods and Consumer Group at the Office of Fair Trading from 2008 to 2011. Their early career included positions as a Policy Adviser/Case Leader at Oftel and as an International Fellow at the Federal Trade Commission. Robert earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Manchester and a Master of Laws (LLM) in IT and Telecommunications from the University of Strathclyde.
