Robert Sobiech is a retired HR professional with extensive experience in instructional design and strategic HR management. They served as Director of HR and Operations at Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser from 1989 to 1999, and held the position of Midwest Regional HR Director at Deloitte & Touche from 1999 to 2008. Additionally, Robert has been the Director of National Employee Relations at Deloitte since 1999, and has a strong background in adult learning, conflict resolution, and talent management. They obtained a Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Urban Studies from Metro State University.
