Robert Tross is a technology leader with extensive experience in the digital customer and enterprise content management sectors. Currently serving as a Principal at Deloitte since June 2008, Robert specializes in maximizing client value through innovative technology solutions and agile methodologies, exemplified by leading a significant implementation project for a new inventory supply chain and grocery store experience using Salesforce. Prior to Deloitte, Robert spent a decade at CGI, where responsibilities included managing the US ECM sales channel and leading initiatives that generated over 10 million USD in revenue. Earlier career experience includes programming and development roles at AMS, focusing on ECM technologies. Robert holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Management from SUNY Geneseo.
