Rochel Hoffman

Rochel Hoffman is a Partner in Sustainability and Growth, leading Deloitte Australia’s ESG M&A practice. With 12 years of experience in sustainability, Rochel works with private equity and corporate clients to integrate ESG considerations throughout the deal lifecycle. Rochel has held various roles at Deloitte, including National ESG M&A Lead and has been recognized as a National Finalist for Deloitte Business Woman of the Year. They have a background as a Research Assistant at the University of Sydney and an Assistant Accountant at Fenix Real Estate Pty Ltd. Currently, Rochel is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sydney, specializing in Accounting.
