Romy Out

Romy Out is currently the Director of Strategy & Transactions at Deloitte, a position held since 2023. Previously, Romy held multiple roles at the Bank of England, including Acting Manager and Senior Analyst in the Resolution Directorate. Romy also gained valuable experience as a Graduate at De Nederlandsche Bank from 2014 to 2016 and completed internships at Goldman Sachs, GfK, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in earlier years. Prior to joining Deloitte, Romy served in various managerial positions at Deloitte between 2019 and 2021.
