Ronny Hussein

Ronny Hussein is currently a Manager in M&A Legal at Deloitte, where they advise on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and collaborate with various departments to enhance the Legal M&A practice in Sweden. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate in the Corporate team at DLA Piper Sweden, focusing on M&A transactions and corporate matters. Ronny also gained experience as a Tingsnotarie at Attunda tingsrätt and served as an Avtalsgranskare at Söderberg & Partners. They hold a degree from Stockholms universitet, where they completed the Juristprogrammet.
