Roxann Luckenbill is the Managing Director of HR Strategy & Technology at Deloitte Consulting, bringing over thirty years of expertise in information systems technology focused on Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll applications. With a strong background in project management, risk identification, and business process design, Roxann has successfully managed and delivered large HR transformation projects over the past fifteen years. Roxann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Albright College and an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University.
