Roy Talla

Roy Talla is an experienced professional in economic strengthening and capacity building, with a strong background in project management and coordination. From August 2015 to August 2016, Roy worked as a Capacity Building Consultant at an agribusiness development company, focusing on organizational development. Prior to this, Roy held various roles at the Tanzania Cheshire Foundation, starting as a Documentation and Dissemination Officer for a microfinance project, followed by a position as Livelihoods Officer, and later as Program Manager, where responsibilities included fundraising, program monitoring, and establishing community linkages for people with disabilities. Afterward, Roy served as a Technical Service Coordinator at Pact Tanzania and a Project Field Facilitator with Swisscontact, enhancing youth and community engagement. Currently, Roy is a Zonal Economic Strengthening Coordinator at Deloitte Consulting, further contributing expertise in economic development. Roy holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Dodoma, completed in 2014 with a top academic performance.
