Ryan Cotterell

Ryan Cotterell is a seasoned Culture, Experience, and Belonging (CEB) strategist with over 10 years of expertise in employee experience and engagement. They served as an Advanced Placement Program Specialist at The College Board and later held multiple roles at 2U, including Vice Global Chair of the Diversity Inclusion Steering Committee, where they contributed significantly to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across the organization. Currently, Ryan is the Lead Diversity Equity & Inclusion Specialist at Deloitte, where they focus on developing and driving the firm’s national DEI strategy. Ryan completed their education at Johnson C. Smith University.
