Ryan Forman is a seasoned executive based in Victoria, British Columbia, with over 18 years of experience in the public sector, focusing primarily on the energy and resource industries. Currently, they serve as a National Sustainability Leader at Deloitte, where their mission involves empowering governments to enhance economic prosperity through sustainable practices. Ryan’s career has been marked by strategic leadership in national sustainability initiatives and developing comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks for leading companies. Prior to their current role, they held multiple positions within the BC Public Service, where they fostered public sector innovation and collaboration. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Economics from Camosun College.
