Ryan Hinkewich

Ryan Hinkewich is a Partner in the HR transformation practice at Deloitte Canada, where they lead full-scale HR transformation programs and focus on strategic direction, operating model design, and shared service center design. With extensive experience in consulting, Ryan has partnered with over two dozen organizations across Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand to assess and transform HR practices. Previously, Ryan served as the Human Capital leader for the Deloitte practice in Wellington, New Zealand, and held various HR roles at Deloitte Canada, contributing to performance management and HR operations. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Administration from Western University and a Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Humber College.
